Mindfulness, compassion, somatic practice— 60 minutes. Please join in if you’re feeling called to connect with yourself a little more deeply and with a little more kindness and compassion. Experience the healing power of consciously kind living and learn how to carry this forward in your everyday life. Practicing being present is a profound gift that we can offer ourselves and our world. All of life is an opportunity to be here now. Together we will practice this in a safe non-judgmental setting. (Pajamas and sweatsuit attire are always welcome 🙂…COME AS YOU ARE!)
