Offerings

Through meditation, teaching, guidance, and support, I help people intentionally reconnect with their wisest selves, enriching their lives with self-care. This supports them to show up more compassionately, courageously, and authentically in the world. It begins with learning how to cultivate non-judgmental awareness in the present moment — Mindfulness— then attuning to the wisdom that arises when we offer ourselves that space within our minds, hearts, and bodies. Fostering compassionate awareness allows us to embrace who we are and grounding in that truth we learn to respond to life and those around us with more kindness, care, and acceptance. Woven throughout all our work together are somatic practices that support nervous system regulation— tapping into the innate human ability to heal and build resilience.



Drop-in sessions

Every so often I host a free 30-60 minute online meditation via Zoom. Here you will find the notice and the link for the next session. My intention is to hold a safe space for us to gather and be consciously kind--to ourselves and each other. No prior meditation experience is needed and no requirement to speak or have the camera on (although I do encourage both if you feel inclined to show up this way).

Workshops/Courses

Topics include but aren’t limited to mindfulness and meditation, mindful self-compassion, self-care practices, self-trust, working with limiting beliefs (such as fear and low self-worth), active listening, compassion for others, and somatic healing.

Private Sessions

My work with individuals is dedicated to supporting them to cultivate and deepen their connection within. Establishing, and nourishing a centerground using mindfulness, compassion, kindness, and somatic practices are the basis of our work together.
